Most basic boring facts:
I am a 24-year-old Political Science student at Arizona State University. For the most part, I despise Political Science.
I was born on Long Island. I have six younger brothers. We were all homeschooled, all the way through high school. We went to community college at sixteen, and then either dropped out or plodded ahead, or a combination thereof.
At nineteen I moved out of my parents house, into a small slum condo owned by a crazy Pakistanian man. I lived with an elderly opera singer, an Egyptian gas-station attendant, two Chinese lads and a variety of either Saudi proto-terrorists (who wouldn't speak to me because I was a woman) or relatively harmless invisible Filipino boys. I lived there for about a year.
Then I moved rapidly amongst several places and several very Bad Situations for a few more years; worked nearly every (legal) occupation in the book, and got Life Experience.
Finally I calmed down, rediscovered my Soul, and got back into school. Not necessarily in that order.
I am currently finishing up my long-awaited senior year, and wondering what the heck to do next.
I like candles, coffee, chocolate, and sarcasm. I have a propensity for burning things. I have another propensity for being absolutely amazingly stupid, for all my obviously inherent genius. I tend to be out of step with whatever is going on around me, but I will still try to butt in at the most inopportune moment. Sometimes this involves smashing into things. Often, actually.
